Notice: Please make sure that the file is saved with gz or zip as the extension name. You need unzip tool such as winzip or jar in JDK to extract the files on Windows. The preferred directory for the archive file is "$HOME/" for unix and "c:\" for Windows. See the manual for detailed installation instructions.
